Laser hair removal can be a good choice
One of the most powerful innovations in the world of skin and hair care has been the invention of the hair removal laser. Essentially what this type of specialize laser does is burn the hair off of your skin. In many cases, the removal of hair can be permanent or at least disappear and not grow back for several years. The number of laser hair removal facilities and medical spas opening up around the country has grown rapidly. One reason for this is that while the laser equipment is expensive and you need a specialist to supervise the procedure, you often need to go back on a regular basis if you have a lot of hair. The more appointments you have, the more hair will be “lasered” off. Some of the more popular cities for this procedure include laser hair removal in New York as well as hair removal services in Philadelphia and Miami laser hair removal. Check with these spas to see if they offer the services you need and ask about package deals. Since it might be a long-term investment, you might want to consider a customized plan.
What super power would you want?
Which super power would you want? There just sooo many options!
Be creative and you’d be amazed how there are truly infinite options. Read minds (telepathy), be able to fly, have the ability to teleport, change skin colors,…? Choose!
You can use your super enhancement for good, bad, or irrelevant causes, it doesn’t matter, but which power would you want?
A few minutes after typing this post, I stumbled onto a Wikipedia article listing super powers. Cool! Check it out and comment here about the one you’d love to have.
Hiring a facial cosmetic surgeon might be a smarter choice
There’s an emerging trend in the medical and cosmetic field of cosmetic surgery and facial reconstruction through plastic surgery procedures. That is the area of facial cosmetic surgery where many specialists now spend all of their time focussing on. Many people now believe that their face is too precious to let just any ‘ol plastic surgeon operate on them and so they are demanding a specialist in facial plastics. I can’t say I blame them. When it comes down to it, who would you prefer to work on your face: A facial plastic surgeon or a cosmetic body surgeon that is basically a cut-everything-up kind of doctor. The former typically performs nose jobs, face and neck lifts, eyelid surgery and other procedures while the latter will typically perform body contouring and other non-face-related techniques.
Happy New Year!
Even though the world is in a tough place financially right now, I hope everyone with integrity has a Happy New Year!
How much cereal should go in your spoon?
I know this question is a little tougher to answer given the various sizes of cereal and the spoon being used, but if anyone has an opinion on this, let us all know!
And while I’m on the topic, I just wanted to say that you should never pour the milk before the cereal. It makes a mess as milk splashes all over the place. LOL! It’s true!
Hot summer in the city!
Wherever you may be, I hope you’re having a relaxing hot summer! I suppose it really depends on where you are. Summers in the northeast tend to be quite warm to hot. If you’re in a place like Florida, summers are downright hot and humid!
Maybe squeegee kids should open a car wash
The title says it all, really. Rather than annoying people for money, squeegee kids could do something constructive.
Beware of Bell Canada
You have to hand it to blogs. They are revolutionizing the way customer service and feedback work. Bell Canada takes a lot of heat for being such an awful company. So many bloggers write things like “Bell Canada Sucks” that it’s only a matter of time until they clean up their act. (We hope).
Adventures in Craigslist Cheapdom
There are a LOT of cheap people on Craigslist. Call them whatever you want; bargain hunters, cheapos, cheapskates, frugal, or any other euphimisms but the bottom line is that they oh-so-many are cheap. I’d say that the fact that craigslist is free has a lot to do with that. It attracts people who like free things (which is just about everyone in capitalist America). I’m amazed at how so many people try to bargain for things on Craigslist, even when they are already dirt cheap and lower priced than would be found elsewhere anyways!
Beware of Verizon!
When I moved to Boston, I had endless problems with Verizon. No matter what service I used them for, there were always problems. I could go on and on but you get the message. Many bloggers around the Internet claim that “Verizon sucks” and I tend to agree. Their mobile phone unit has grown to be huge but I’m still not a fan. The problem lies in their customer service: sales and tech support have been just horrible to me and some of my friends. Just bad news all around. I don’t get sucked into their ads and instead prefer to stay away. I mean, even their web address is www22.verizon.com rather than www.verizon.com. I there’s a disorganized explanation for that one!
