There’s an emerging trend in the medical and cosmetic field of cosmetic surgery and facial reconstruction through plastic surgery procedures. That is the area of facial cosmetic surgery where many specialists now spend all of their time focussing on. Many people now believe that their face is too precious to let just any ‘ol plastic surgeon operate on them and so they are demanding a specialist in facial plastics. I can’t say I blame them. When it comes down to it, who would you prefer to work on your face: A facial plastic surgeon or a cosmetic body surgeon that is basically a cut-everything-up kind of doctor. The former typically performs nose jobs, face and neck lifts, eyelid surgery and other procedures while the latter will typically perform body contouring and other non-face-related techniques.
