No matter what service I used them for, there were always problems. I could go on and on but you get the message. Many bloggers around the Internet claim that “Verizon sucks” and I tend to agree. Their mobile phone unit has grown to be huge but I’m still not a fan. The problem lies in their customer service: sales and tech support have been just horrible to me and some of my friends. Just bad news all around. I don’t get sucked into their ads and instead prefer to stay away. I mean, even their web address is www22.verizon.com rather than www.verizon.com. I there’s a disorganized explanation for that one!
